    Team building for winter & bad weather conditions. 

    This active event takes place inside the hotel, specially made for winter time or rainy conditions , teams will get the mission tasks  inside the conferential room ,theatre or any other inside room .

    All our 45 Team tasks are specially made for inside use  and are as competitive & demanding as the outside activity's 

    Suitable for small & large groups this concept proofed itself numerous times and became a favourite in winter time  .

    Program Details:Here you find to basic setup from a teambuilding program at a hotel which might change according to group size and time plan. We can plan the games also according to the groups' field of business as we have 65 different games available to use in the hotel games. Here in the following is the most commonly preferred program.  The group will be divided into small teams. Teams will compete against each other on ten mission points. Each team can score a maximum score of 20 points at each mission. According to the time plan we will decrease or increase the number of missions to be completed as each mission takes around 15 minutes.

    Special Team Building session: team spirit, team power and team trust

    The teambuilding coordinator will take each team through 15-20 minute a teambuilding session where he shows the power of teamwork and will explain how it works. Following the session the team spirit will be strengthened and all the participants will start the games with a very positive feeling...

    The start Each team gets an instructor who would show the group what to do and motivate them to be the winner team. Each team will be asked to go to different points around the area. A map will show them where to find the missions. When the groups arrive at each mission point, they have 15 minutes to solve the task the scoring is written down by the group instructor.

     10 MISSIONS to complete

    1. Blind Dart:Team members get blindfolded and try to score as much as possible points
    2. Balance Ball:Teams have to bring the ball from point A to B.
    3. Nail Challenge:  Team work; put 10 nails on top of one standing nail.
    4. Crazy carpet:The team has to cross the room on a carpet without stepping on the floor.
    5. Walking A frame :  Teams have work together to cross the field on  a frame.
    6. Electric line:  Team members have to get a steady hand.
    7. Bike Game:  One team member sits on the bike other team members hold him in balance and try to get the bike and the person trough a bicycle inner tube.
    8. Stepping Stones:Teams have to cross a distance by only using stepping stones after ¼ of the field we take away some stepping stones and they have to find a way to go further.
    9. Wisdom games:Teams have to solve 3 questions by working and thinking together.
    10. Big Djenga:  How high can you build the tower

    Bridge building  : This is the last and major event for each group which takes 1 hour  to play (flexible ) .  Each team has to construct a bridge from the provided building materials.

    The aim is to make the strongest bridge which will be tested on carrying weight .The building material will be a surprise for the teams. In order to make a strong bridge, teams have to think good and work together in an efficient style.
