  Kite festival Istanbul

  Team building for beach & parks . 

  For this creative & active teambuilding event we just need youre creativity and some wind ,to get our hand - made kites flying high in the sky 

  This active event takes place inside the hotel,  useable in all conditions ,teams will get the mission tasks  to constructed their own kite  inside the conferential room ,theatre or any other inside room . then when all kites are ready they will fly the kite in the outside.

  Suitable for small & large groups this concept proofed itself numerous times and became a favourite in winter time  .

  This program needs no transfer for your people and also no extra food cost !

  Start time      : flexible 10.00 (3 hour tour)

  End time        : flexible 14:00

  Required Dress Code: Incentive and reward Corporate and family fun days ,Team-building ,Conference support ,Merging teams 

  The group will be divided into teams of 10 pax.

  Each group will be required to  crete its own Kite  several options-forms are posibble   the group with the nicest idea gets extra points

  The performance of the kite in the sky is the other part where teams can score points .

  Teams will be evaluated from 2 aspects; creativity and practical thinking. In order to be the winner the teams shall build the kites by using their imagination to make it the most beautiful and the stronger possible in 1 hour time.

  The guides and the team coordinator will be walking around and among the team members in order to assist and observe them.

  Following the completion of the kite building, the teams will find the ways of working together in order to keep as much as possible kites in the sky.

  Each team member will learn a lot about the importance of coordination.

  The team members will have a extremely joyful experience while learning about their creativity and coordination skills.

  The event will be finalized with a prize ceremony.
