  Successful sailing demands co-operation and good communication, and is the ideal way to get a team working together towards a common goal. The Team Building Programme combines the teams wealth of sailing knowledge  to create a powerful team building solution.

  A Professional skipper  will guide the crew through the day bringing together the psychometric profiling with some fun challenges out on the water to make sure that the crew work together as a team and learn valuable skills that they can then take back with them to the office.

  Do it ! owner Tom Holleman self a Windsurf teacher and medium experience sailor with crossing the ruff Northsea     ( Holland to brittan , Holland to Gurnsey ) will lead the whole event ,specialist professional sailing teachers will make a skipper from each team member 

  Using sailing as an intense learning environment, we work with teams to stretch their abilities to adapt; and to build high level of independence and interdependence. Adopting a consultative approach we work closely with our clients. The sailing activity is oriented towards beginners being initiated and taking yachts racing in hand.

  Getting people out of the office and onto a boat makes everybody feel equal and takes away office based labels, the perfect environment for team building. Lead by a fully qualified Learning and Development facilitator and utilising Insights Discovery, this one day team building programme combines a half day of psychometric profiling 2 week before the activity with a series of on and off-water activities, relating to the requirements of the team.

  Our match sailing clinics  are designed to offer a great team building effect on the participants.

  Together they learn how to sail ,good communication and leadership skills are crucial  to figure out the winning strategy to win this event.

  Beginners to experience sailors enjoy this match race regatta . Your group off participants can put their new skills to the test. 

  The format of match racing events varies depending on the number of competitors and the choice of the organisers.

  With half and full day events we can tailormade a special event.

  A special event  towards the prinsses island  for a lunch  makes the people feel like they are far away from a 16 miljon population city .

  The race committee will organise the matches ,use equipment that is supplied by the event organisers and they will ensure they are as equal aspossible. 

  In order to ensure fair play, a random draw is conducted to decide which team sails in which boat each day and during a round robin stage the crews will swap boats between their pairings after each odd numbered match.

  We offer a number of clinics, from Intro to Match Racing to our Advanced Clinic all designed to create a great team bounding experience .
