    Our teambuilding park is the pride object of the company, This team building program takes place at our own 10.000 square meter big  teambuilding park .

    Your teams will take on missions like wall climbing, high rope course, archery, the amazing long Marix zip line , built a raft, and go down stream the Aksu canyon.

    This program is AWARED by TUI Germany best of the best selling crews as the best team building program in 2008 and proofed itself to be the crown of our Company for many years now.

    Suitable for small & very large groups this concept proofed itself numerous times and became the nr 1 when it comes to effective-active team building.

    1. Program: 10.00 -13.00 TEAM BUILDING CHALLENGE

    Theteam building challenge starts where teams compete against each other on outdoor sport activities. Team members get to know each other, communicate and solve problems as a team & try to score the most points on the medium and high rope course, matrix & climbing the wall or shoot the best points at the archery course.

    Each team of 10-15 Participants will be assisted by one Do It ! Instructor who will inform the team members about the content of each game and will assist each member throughout their activities. Each team starts from a different course.

    Teams will be required to complete one of the two 9 meters height "Climbing walls" on the adventure tower. The teams who has more members completed the course will score the most points.

    All the team members will try to complete the "Medium& High rope course". The teams will develop internal support, team members will be required to help the ones who will face courage and motivation problems. This course teaches team members how to support and motivate each other and finalize the activity as a whole team.

    Following the finalization of the activities teams will continue with "Archery". At this activity teams will be encourage to compete with each other and the teams who reaches the most amount of the points will score.

    The last activity is the "Matrix flight".The team members will be encouraged to show their abilities by one by. Each member will try to do as artistic and courageous moves as possible while flying down from 300 meters over the river.

    Around 13.00-14.00 Lunch Break: The group can choose between 4 different meal types (according to their wishes). (Drinks are not included)

    1. Program: 14.00 - 16.30 RAFT BUILDING PROGRAM

    Following the lunch break, the group will drive from the park 3 km up the river to the start off point for the 2nd program where the group will be divided into groups.

    Each 5-6 person team will start with building their own raft, the activities in which the teams have to build a steady raft from wood,4 floating barrels and rope, and float themselves down the Aksu River. They are the captains! No guide on board. They will be dressed with life jackets and a guide will be with them at all times in a kayak.

    At the end point at the team park the participants will hand over the paddles, life jackets and go back to the park. In overall, the team will spend a perfect day by getting to know each other and working together. The communication, the enjoyment of team work, the satisfaction of problem solving as well as lots of fun will make the day unforgettable for each team member.
