    Selge visit & trout cooking lessons event

     Village visit &trout cooking lesson  

    The Combination of  a visit& small trekking at the old  Roman historical village of Selge and cooking lessons  is one of the new events you can book at Do it !.

    The visit  to the old roman hillsite village will take you back in the old times ,after this visit we go further to Koprulu Canyon lookout and then to our chef who will giff us  lessons how to make a great trout dinner - lunch at the river site restaurant  .

    It can not get better then this  ,Nature ,Culture & food experience  

    Transfer         : 90 km from airport / 65 minutes driving.

    Arrival time   : 9.45

    Start time      : 8.30

    End time        : 13.30

     Required dress code: Comfortable clothes for walking..

    1: Part : Visit to Selge village & small trekking tour  .

    The program starts with a transfer towards an little township of Selge  where we going to visit a small village house & the local mosque & carpet making place .

    2: Part Trout cooking lessons.

    After our visit to Selge  we drive to the river site restaurant where we get a lesson how to prepare stuffed trout with grape leaves , every participants gets a cooking-apron ,trout grape leaves ,herbs, and  all other ingredients needed to create there own dinner.

    3: Part trout farm visit

    During the time that the trout is getting ready on the fire we visit the trout farm where we get explanation how the process works and what it needs to become full grown and dinner ready trout  

    4 : Part Dinner time.

    Time to eat our prepared trout , with a nice glass off white whine , sitting inside next to the river or outside with good weather .

    5: Departure time .

    After our dinner we depart back to the hotel- or next half day destination point.

    The  Eco tour can be extended with a visit  to the Duden -kursunlu selale or new grand bazaar  on the way back towards the hotel.
