    Raftbuilding challenge Golden Horn

    Team building with a unique sportive activity  .  

    This active event takes place in Istanbul's Golden horn ,your mission is to search the raft materials ,built a raft from it and paddle it towards the other site.

    At the other site of the water the team have to succeed in a teambuilding mission agianst  other teams.

    In this nice  surrounding we challenge the other teams to a real raft race

    Suitable for small & large groups this concept proofed itself numerous times and became a favorite for people who loves to challenge them self and their team .

    Required dress code: Comfortable clothes for sport activities; EXTRA PAIR OFF CLOTHING walking shoes or sandals necessary.

    The group will be divided into teams.

     

    RAFTBUILDING CHALLANGE .

    This team building brings the best for all teams , they have to work together to constructed a floatable raft , and then race the raft against the other teams . this all takes place at the Golden horn in the center of Istanbul or any other sea-river  location .

     

    1.Stage: Raft Building

    All teams start at the same time and have to build a strong the raft from the materials provided. First team that builds the raft scores 10 points. Second team scores 5 points and the third 3 points. 

    The team members should be very sure about the quality of their product; their raft so that it stays in one piece floating and they won't lose time in the race.The guides control the rafts according to the building style and give bonus points to the extra ordinary ones.

    3.Stage : The Race

    We start the race just by the shore, all teams are 5-6 people. Rafts have to be carried in to the sea. The first 5-6 members of each team will paddle and they will each try to row as fast as possible to reach the other side of the water .

    As they reach the other side , the team will then compete against the othe team in challanging teamtask , the last trac is the race , who will be back first . 

    when we have more people the availible rafts or people who do not want -cant perticipate in the raft race we will put these team members as builders or gamers at the tem tasks  where they willl be supporting the race as audience and will try to motivate their team.

    During the race each group must show good skills of coordination, competitiveness, enthusiasm and leadership.

    This activity teaches the team members the importance of coordination in order to compete and the importance of quality in order to finalize what you have started.
